Overview

The Sustainability Leadership Conference, co-delivered by Sustainable UCL and Students’ Union UCL, brought together students, experts, and organisations to discuss the biggest issue facing the world today, and how to tackle it.

On the panel, I laid out government and policy solutions to global biodiversity loss, talking about the crucial role of IPBES in supporting evidence-based policy, the UN Biodiversity Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and the importance of connecting global policy to local action.
